Recruiter from Amazon reached out to me for a Senior Technical Account Manager role. I’m curious if I should entertain the inquiry. I’m not actively looking but I feel like this can be a big opportunity. Current TC ~245k. Thoughts on Amazon significantly exceeding total comp?

Currently making $170k in a role that I enjoy at the moment. Used to hate my job a few months & applied to a bunch of places.
Got an offer for a cool startup for $120k + $30k bonus + equity ($~40k @ Series A valuation) — people are awesome and the role is a lot more responsibility (Senior Account Manager)/ potentially a jumping off point into something much better.
