I currently make $23/hr and found out new hires are being hired making more then me some with experience BUT one tech who came in with only retail experience is making more than me! Hello, If I had failed to clear siemens healthineers interview, Is it possible to attend another interview, Is their a cooling period?

How does everyone feel about "trial runs" instead of being given an actual promotion? Basically, doing the job for 3 months and if it doesn't work out, you go back to your old role. But the role you are doing as a trial has far more pressure and responsibility than your previous role. I'm really trying to gauge how I should feel about this and if this is common.

A combination of TCJA + CARES works burnt me out. In addition, the micromanaging practice in my firm displays lack of trust. How are you all coping with the never ending busy season?
