I am working in Infosys at 8.5 lpa and holding an offer from JMI ( Jean Martin Incorporation) for Investment banking analyst role at 10 lpa (negotiable). I have heard some negative reviews about JMI with respect to job security and growth. Can somebody provide any insight or review on the same as I am confused weather to take the offer or not?

I would look into one BUT I’m completing a masters degree(data science) in August and worried about being over qualified/more of a fit for a data science role once I complete the degree.

My company went through the promotion and raise process earlier this year and my push for a (very reasonable) 15% raise was denied. Joined as staff 2 in Forensics in March. Was on a small project for 2 weeks before COVID happened. Was on the bench for few weeks (asked around but market was slow) because the next project got pushed back due to remote work. Last feedback cycle ended with only 1 feedback for that small project. Now full-time on this new project and helping out with COVID-related work, but still very worried about my promotion to senior in October.

a few weeks ago we had a super busy day with scripts and i think i went into ‘autopilot’ because i don’t remember it happening, but i handed out the wrong prescription to someone (before you get mad, i only started a few weeks ago and i’m a junior assistant), out of all people i could’ve given the wrong medication to, it was a blind person. i have severe anxiety already and want to know some tactics to go back to work without guilt? i take guilt very heavy and struggle to get past it all
