Hi Fishes Post submission of documents, after clearing all the interviews, the fmr recruitment team was saying that my home point is not in the boundary of transport as per cab team saying that my home point was 4km beyond the boundary and it's mandatory to drop at home point through cab for female employees, does they turn down the candidature due to this, what should I do in this scenario please guide me Fidelity Investments

UBS titles are extremely inflated. Director is about equivalent to inbetween AVP and VP at a JP Morgan type bank. Most Directors are still individual contributors, with Executive Directors being team leads/line managers, and Managing Director is where you start getting into real "management" positions there.
With that said $170k seems like a low ceiling. Probably just the cap for the role or the cap for YOU in that role.

That’s low. Family member works there at a similar role and makes a lot more than that.

Sounds about right. UBS titles are a bit inflated. I think Director there is VP in most iBanks. And $170base would make sense. Remember bonuses are much larger than in consulting.

10% bonus is on the lower end. I worked at a bank in the mid-back office. I'd say Director is at most banks leveled as SVP. That said the bonus should be at 20-25%. I was making 7.5% as an AVP and 15% as a VP on bonus. That being said lots of VPs were at 10% where I worked. G luck!

Director role at ubs is equivalent to VP/Manager. Most directors at UBS are responsible for a process and/or managing a group. I would say 170k is about the max for director role at UBS. Bonus on an average year would be about 10%.
SC1 - Which groups did you work for? How was it a shit show?
170 is not the cap for D. They bring on exp hires at that level for 180-200 with <5 yr exp.
M1 - I agree. The Director role at UBS which I was interviewing for needed 15 years of experience.
U1 - In which group have you seen Directors with less than 5 years of experience?
