Looking for stability, decent WLB and good growth opportunity. Difference of 1-2 lacs doesn't matter too much.

Do Big 4 pay superannuation above the ‘max contribution base’?

For those who don’t know what this is, employers are only required to pay super on income up to around $230K (so $23K super max). Some companies may choose to pay above and beyond that.

Trying to work out the split between base and super on a contract. It is unclear in the documentation.

Situation: finished first round; advancing to next round; 1st round interviewers were at SM/D/P level.

If all the top consulting firms made anonymous decks or gave anonymous pitches to a client, eg no branding and the client did not know which firm made which deck, do you actually think that the client would prefer MBB?  Is MBB actually coming up with better/more innovative solutions? I feel like I see many repeat or slightly altered solutions on almost all of my cases, are these really things that people at Deloitte/Accenture etc aren’t coming up with?
