Are there any Amazon 🐠 who got hired at L8? How did u get in at L8? I recently spoke to recruiter for a role that requires 15 years of experience and the recruiter mentioned it is L7 role. I have over 20 yoe, mba, ms, was a director with B4 and don’t get excited about low base salary. I am looking for a role at L8 level and not really sure if they are posted on the site.

I gave one round of technical interview with HCL and submitted supporting documents to HR and iboard with CCTC : 10 lakh, ECTC : 20 lakh.
While i was waiting for a call from HR for salary negotiation, The offer letter has been released for 15 lakh CTC without a discussion on salary. Please advice if there a stipulated timeline to accept the offer letter within ? Do they call for negotiation if I don't accept the offer ?
