For those who have gotten hired during the pandemic, was there anything you negotiated during the hiring process that helped you feel more secure in case of any layoffs that occurs after you’re hired?

I’m preparing to renegotiate my employment terms. I’m a 8yr associate with trial experience and combined verdict/settlement north of $25mil. How much should I be asking for? Due to COVID, I took a huge ($30k) pay cut to leave my previous position.

Is there a certain point where it's too late to go from consulting to a PE associate role pre-MBA? Due to visa considerations, it doesn't seem likely that I'm gonna be able to leave before the 4-4.5 year mark at McK. Would love to hear y'all's thoughts!

I’m too early in my career to be coasting in a job with limited development. And I’m not even making above 70k. Hey guys need help evaluating two offers: offer A: technical product manager, TC 110k. Offer B: product analyst, TC 140k. Offer A offers better work exp and I want to do PM work, offer B pays more and has the potential to internal transfer to a PM role within a year, but it’s obviously not guaranteed.
