How competitive is the Oracle BDC role? Is there a difference between BDC, BDR, and sales rep?

Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.

I am an Account Executive and work in the programmatic team as part of a wider agency, but I’m not sure this is where I want to be. I want something more collaborative, creative, and less to do with numbers and budgets.

Hey guys need help evaluating two offers: offer A: technical product manager, TC 110k. Offer B: product analyst, TC 140k. Offer A offers better work exp and I want to do PM work, offer B pays more and has the potential to internal transfer to a PM role within a year, but it’s obviously not guaranteed. You can assume that everything else is ok. HCOL area for both offers

ADHD since 1992 LD dyslexic dysgraphia dyscalculia since 2000 . Both how I viewed myself as a LD person than n now and as each diagnosis grew each approach grew. What I can say is ppl love when I’m open about it and share and it’s seen more as a super power now than a weakness in the 90s . Hi everyone - I was seriously mom shamed at the weekend by not being dressed luxe enough at my daughter’s Easter egg hunt. It’s a wake up call to seriously upgrade my game. (Ashamed to say that) my best clothes are reiss, theory, club monaco. Where should I be shopping instead? How do I rapidly level up?

This Friday is my last day in my current firm (due to the pandemic situation).
My current firm would inform USCIS and would revoke my h1b on my last day.
I will have 60 days grace period to start with a new job. If I get a job within 60 days, would the new firm do h1 to h1 transfer? How does that work if my firm revokes my h1 on my last day?
Also meanwhile, I have applied for change of status to h4 which is going to take a long time to get a decision & would be abandoned if h1 gets approved 1st

I recently interviewed with my dream company, during the interview I was essentially told my experience was a great fit for the role. Today I was contacted by the recruiter letting me know unfortunately I’m not a fit for the position, but that I had a good interview and the sr mgr might reach out in the near future for a better fit role. This is the only bowl I can think to post in, but I'm really feeling it today. Has anyone lost their best friend (i.e. through time/growing up) and feel like none of their current friends could live up to the fun/connection you used to have with your high school BFF? I feel like I put too much focus on that one friend and also my boyfriend and just never actually made time for anyone else. I fucked myself over.

I’m so upset with how my manager treats me and speaks to me that I can’t fall asleep. I’m in tears. They are condescending, impatient, insensitive, and make me feel like even when I bend over backwards, I just didn’t do it right. I wish I could let it roll right off my shoulders but it stings.
