What is fastest way to improve both structured communication and thinking? Any helpful books or drills?
It’s the one consistent feedback I get while casing , “to be more structured” I’m there for math ability , business logic , creativity.

Hi I’m in bizops right now, entry level talent, and recently asked if I could moonlight work from the Product Manager I work with. They said yes and will let me own something small. Do you have any tips for what I can do ahead of this to make sure I do a good job? I’m hoping to have 2 takeaways from this: 1.) see if I am interested in doing PM full time, and 2.) see if I can get pulled into PM internally. Thanks! So far I have ordered a couple PM books and have been watching PM videos.

Hello! Need help. I got a letter in mail for Hyundai's car recall and was told to contact nearest Hyundai dealer. Upon calling, I was told that while it's a known recall, there is no remedy for it per the corporate site.

I’m at a hypergrowth company that is growing headcount organically by 5-10% per month. We acquired a smaller company earlier this year and will be unifying on an enterprise HCM system next year. We’re on two different SMB HRIS systems and are addressing questions like how we integrate benefits, payroll, etc

Would you:
a) Move the acquired company to the core company system ahead of the larger implementation.
