I moved to a different city this Jan and Deloitte filed an amendment for the same. Received RFE and they responded. I am honestly concerned that it might get rejected, seeing how my RFE team usually handles stuff. In case my RFE gets rejected, should I immediately stop working from my current location and move to my previous location? I still have plenty of time on my h1b and I-94 is also valid till next year. I really need to be in my new location for personal reasons. What are my alternatives

Is it possible that I-485 is approved before I-765 and I-131. Just checked my I-485 and it shows new card is being produced. While 131 & 765 is showing no updates.

I’m a former employee and wondering how difficult that will be. I did contact EY HELP line and they sent me an EY letter request release form. But within the form, it says EY can only provide “general” job descriptions and for specific job descriptions, you need to get approved from your People Consultant…

Been 7 days since the Nebraska service center received my H1b transfer petition with premium processing and they still haven’t sent a receipt number. Is this normal or should I ask my lawyers to follow-up?

So my wifes case is now stuck between NVC (documentarily qualified since set 2021) and US Embassy in Peru. It seems that they are still dealing with cases of beginning of 2020. Is it possible to do a lawsuit to NVC? We have been doing this process since Feb 2020. Im a LPR.
