I’m a midlevel Big Law associate applying for in-house positions that ask for experience drafting and negotiating agreements. I have negotiated a few agreements, but I am light in the area, though I have the substantive knowledge and I’m comfortable marking up agreements. How much DSA can be asked/Important?
I have cleared the technical screening
and my Departmental rounds are scheduled.
Just wanted insight in this.
I am good in SQL, spark, bigdata,-techstack, but
DSA is something I am not in touch on day to day basis.
So I expect that perticular portion can be a bit challenging for me.
Lets say I don't perform in that but perform good in rest of the area, Can it be reason to not get selected for the final offer??

Question:
Why do you want to come to pwc when you are already in consulting at another Big4 firm?

I am an extrovert, my SO is an introvert. We‘re both pretty in touch with our emotions and feelings, and we can talk about everything. Once a week or so, I feel either a little down or anxious or sad or even frustrated. Although I want to talk it out every time, I am starting ti be scared that he is going to resent me at some point to bring up negative things. I don‘t complain, I just share, and then I move on. I have interviewed with 5 different people for a senior level role at a publicly traded media company. I was told last Wednesday that they are getting approval to offer me the job. I received a follow up on Friday making sure I received the message.

I followed up on Tuesday and was told the offer is with the CHRO waiting approval and that the feedback on my interviews was strong all around.

It's now Thursday and I am very eager to lock down this offer. What's my next move? HR or manager?
