I have done MBA from a tier 1 college and working in TCS in 11+ LPA with 6 years of total experience.I am selected in 2 other IT giants.

How much can I put my expected salary as to the respective HRs?

I currently work in a mid tier asset management firm(7-10 Bn AUM) and am on path to become a assistant portfolio manager. I'm based out of Chicago but considering shifting to San Francisco for personal reasons. Are there good asset management companies in California or San Francisco? I've been looking at BAM, Millennium but there seems to be mainly engineering jobs out there. I'm also planning to do MBA and might make a move to private equity or VC later. Please advise.

What are my chances of getting a TPM, program manager, or other management role at a big tech company (Microsoft, Google, Amazon) after my MBA if I was only a senior associate (4 yoe) prior to my MBA? Especially if its an m7 MBA?

I’d like to work for the FBI either as a Special Agent or Professional Staff as a Forensic Accountant. I am currently a Senior Forensic Accountant at a public accounting firm but we mainly handle commercial damage calculations, business valuations, and SOME investigations that one might think of as “was there fraud? Is CIPD a valuable certification? Is it appreciated in Europe only or US too? I have an opportunity to get it but not sure if knowledge is really up to date and worth time spent.

If you accept a salary reduction in these times in good faith, and then are laid off and your severance pay is based not on your original salary but this new one, then your company knew this in advance and may well have violated labor laws. Call a lawyer. They will not charge you if they do not recoup your money.
