40th floor, faces north, and overlooks Millennium Park, Willis Tower, and is across the street from Grant Park. Next to Lollapalooza in the summer and food, arts, and music festivals throughout the year. Trader Joe’s is a 5 minute walk, and the nearest Train/Subway stations are just 10 min by walking.
