It's about LinkedIn (LI). I'm in non-marketing role, but am client/prospect facing. Less than 5ish Black folks in our startup of 300+. Presence in India. I lend my voice to promote my employer, but heaviest focus is on diversity, mental health & wellbeing. After my last post, our white VP said: "All [our CEO] is asking globally about everyone's activity on LI...by EOD please send #original post/#shared posts (last 3 months). Btw, mine was 36/45."
