We are moving to Sacramento/Roseville area next year. As of the moment, our primary & 3 other rental properties are all in Vegas. When does it make sense to keep all properties in our current location & just be renters in our new location even after settling in? I think the conventional approach is to sell in the old location and buy in new location if you can afford too but is that the best approach? We are not looking forward to the higher prices in Sac but have to move for personal reasons.
