Does Accenture gives 100% of the variable pay as bonus?
I have got an offer from it and the variable component is approx 4.5lpa

Can an SVP make $400k+ (after bonus) in the industry? Trying to figure out working dynamic at home and make some calls what needs to be true for our situation if I’m going to keep working.

Does anyone here have an advanced degree? How did it change your salary and comp if at all? Have been looking into it and curious about this

My company is giving me a reimbursement while I go to school. It’s capped to induce me to study part time. I decided to go full time. Pay the difference out of pocket so I can graduate quicker. I have been working as a manufacturing engineer tech for 4 years without a degree but this May I will get my bachelors in Mechanical Eng. Currently making 63k a year, hourly. Been with my company for 2 years. Last year I received a 1% raise and this year it was 4%. Given the crazy cost of living these days and the fact that I’ve been doing my job well and getting good performance reviews, I feel like this isn’t nearly enough. I do also get a bonus, but still feel like I should be getting better raises! Any insights on this or how to go about asking for more money?

I recently joined Deloitte UK as senior Consultant .I joined at 38k as i was unaware of the costs in London.I hve around 5 years of experience in DevOps. Should i look for change or should i renegotiate my salary?

I am being seriously underpaid and I have known this information for the last one year. I am very bored at my job and plan to leave as soon as I get my immigration papers come. This would allow me to work without any sponsorship. Quarterly review is coming up and the time of the year when they typically give you raise. I have been debating whether I should ask for a raise even if I am planning on leaving very soon. I am pretty sure my company won't be giving me what I can get at other places.
