Yes, definitely runs small. I’m usually a 0 or 2 but there I’m a 4 or 6...sometimes an 8!!
Their sizing is all over the place for me.... I’m generally a 4 at other companies and anywhere from a 2 through an 8 at lululemon depending on the item
I think this has to do with the fabrics, I read somewhere you size down for align, TTS for wunder under and size up for the compression/running fabrics. No idea about accuracy though on this haha

If you look at the sizing chart I do think it runs small — I’m a 27in and that’s usually a 4, at lulu it’s a 6.

I also think their sizing is all over the place. I’m a 4 in most brands and take a 4 in their leggings and a lot of their tanks, but I get an 8 in some of their shorts and the swift tech tees and sometimes a 6🤷🏼♀️
Varies depending on material. Reviews are typically very helpful with Sizing. Sizing will be consistent amount the line - for instance i size down in align leggings, shorts, tops. But often need to size up in other materials.
