What salary range should I be looking for in industry as a senior IT auditor with 1.5 years of senior experience?

Edward Jones advisor with 30 million AUM and roughly 250k gross production. Been there for almost 4 years. Got an offer at Merrill Lynch to take over a 100 million dollar retirement transition plan in 5 years, or to join a 5 person Merrill Lynch team that manages a lot.

Pros to EJ: Have my own office, a year or two away from partnership, great office setting and client satisfaction.

I was wondering a fair price for a histotechnologist who does mohs 5 days /week for a busy practice in the Ohio, Michigan, Tennessee, N & S Carolina’s and Kentucky areas? Do you charge per case or hour? What about management positions? our starting HTL usually get about $27-30/hour for pathology labs alone, well depending on hospital.

Virtual Wardrobe Makeover: I am a 40 yo male (5’ 8” | 200 lbs | not fit). I have really lost my sense of style due to being a new dad and the pandemic. I would like suggestions on upping my weekend style on a budget.
