Hi All,
Need suggestions here. Please help me out. I was interviewed with IBM and got selected. Waiting for offer letter. Meanwhile got selected in another company and got offer too. Put down my ppr. Offer from another company is way beyond than IBM almost 22% more in terms of fixed. Now I’m confused that once IBM releases their offer then should I ask them to match with my holding or not ? Will they consider for negotiations? What’s your thoughts? IBM

McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Had my final Bain & Company not too long ago for experienced consultant. Unfortunately was not offered a full time position. Bummer. Cases & math didn’t seem too hard, but hindsight is 20/20. Need to focus on driving forward. Spoke with recruiter at McKinsey & Company for Associate, but didn’t make it to interview phase. Not sure why. Applied to Boston Consulting Group, but got an automated rejection. Brutal out here! Previous big4 consulting experience. Referrals welcomed & appreciated.
Hi Fishes
I had my interview with Barclays last week. Didn't had any discussion with HR nor got any update from HR but received a mail for some documents submission.
Does that mean I am selected in the interview? When will the HR might contact me for salary negotiation?
Is this a common practice there that documents are required before the HR discussion?
Please throw some light Barclays

Think of next big things that you will do. EY just has the platform ready to help you accomplish it and its win win.

Does anyone happen to know if it is routine scripted questions or if I am interacting with a live person? I have never done this and I am a bit nervous since I have not interviewed in person in a long time. Thank you!
Live person. Lol. Why are you nervous. Its like a phone interview just with a video presence. Where are you at present?
Wait how is it live person? I thought you did it at your convenience? Is someone available all the time? Or do you schedule a time slot? I am scared to click too far into the process and then initiate a live interview and not be ready
