My company just introduced tracking software. Is this normal nowadays or it’s a predicament for firing people? Most employees work from home 100%.

Then got a talking to from one supervising partner about taking on work outside the team (despite no work). But now she’s trying to leave and they keep trying to push her to stay saying she can be a partner in 8-9 years and laying it all out in detail. The issue is they laid off other staff (all but her) so maybe that’s it? Find it very odd.

I have a Facebook ad account that gets targeted will the fraud orders consistently. It almost always registers as a $9,999 purchase conversion value and throws our results out of whack. However, when we look at shopify none of those orders go through. Anyone seen anything like that? Any solutions?
