A patient of mine essentially asked me to fraudulently bill his insurance the other day. My response was records can be audited at anytime which could result in my license being put at risk. He asked me how many times has that happened? I was like that doesn’t matter. I spent way too much time, money and effort to get to where I am.

We are creating a training room (for about 8 learners). We’ll use this for new hire orientation mostly, but the organization has ongoing training needs. Almost positive my primary AE hates me (am a new SE).
Sales is a new space for me. I’m coming from a technical dev environment and due to lack of staffing, I’ve been assigned accounts WAY earlier than normal (typically done after months 7-9+ but I was given accounts and AES in month 2.
Im trying my best but am really struggling with feeling like a failure. The AE comes across as a bit pretentious and makes it clear that he feels like he should have someone fully ramped up. What do I do?

I’m a national and state certified CPhT since 2010. I’ve worked retail, long term care and have been an IV admixture tech at an oncology clinic for 3 years now. I currently make $23/hr and found out new hires are being hired making more then me some with experience BUT one tech who came in with only retail experience is making more than me! Maybe this is partner dependent but.. partners and senior associates usually tell me when my work product needs to be fixed. But sometimes I never hear back about my work product. Bad? Or does it mean that my work was fine?
