How long does it take for TCS to release the offer letter.
HR discussion happened couple of weeks ago and I have been told that I'll receive the offer letter in 3-4 days.
It's been 2 weeks now and no response yet.
Status in ibegin says - Evaluated.

Tried reaching the hr over phone and email but no response.

Any advices/insights.

I got promotion mail via IJM starting date is 15th July & promotion is Wef from 1st AUG...when can i accept eletter,salary changes,title change..plz share your thoughts!!!

I want to understand how variable pay component works in wipro please correct me if my understanding is correct or not.

Total CTC offer to me by Wipro is 13.5 lpa out of which 101256 is variable pay.

variable pay paid every quarter is 101256/3
ie 25314

So my fixed CTC = 1350000-101256
ie 1248774


So first month i will be getting 85k + salary

And fourth month ie once the quater ends i will be getting 85000+ 25314 ie more than 1.10 lacs??

Please anyone confirm if i am right

1. Accenture - Level 8 - Associate Manager - JB 2.5L
2. EY - Level 32 - Manager 1 - JB 1L

Fixed is almost same however Accenture is giving more variable.

Profile - Tech Risk, GRC . YOE - 9.2.

Also help with the bracket salary if anyone knows of the levels.

My question is how much tax is deducted on jb?

Can I get a refund if I do proper tax planning while filing ITR?

Or, it is treated differently and I won't get a refund??

Does anyone know what level (associate/senior associate/manager) do you have to be when PwC starts green card application process? I’ve been with the firm for one year and got my H1B this October. Looking at previous bowls, I found different answers, some ppl say one has to be in the firm for at least a certain amount of time, some say three years before H1B runs out, some say it’s case by case. Does anyone have insight into PGIM Real Estate compensation? Looking at an Investment Analyst role in DC area that requires 1-3 YOE. I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. Hello all, Currently I am working for Accenture and got offer from TCS (am yet to accept or decline). The dilemma here is I got promoted (effective from Jun-1) in Accenture and I am yet to receive my revised statement.

My questions are,
1. Will TCS hr accept if I demand revised package?
2. If I decline offer, what would be the impact? ( Like I need to wait 6 months to try again or my profile will get blacklist? )

I got offer from TCS recently. Before releasing the offer, in the offer break up email, joining bonus is mentioned but not in the final offer letter. Recruiter seems genuine and assured that it will be processed with 2nd month salary and she will process it once I join TCS. Hope I can trust this as it is not officially mentioned in offer letter.

Everyone i know plans to join TCS as retirement plan. Everyone believes that job is very safe and one can survive as long as they want without doing much. I find this unrealistic as at the end of the day things have to get delivered , quality has to be maintained.
Is TCS really a semi-government and very safe job? I am sure they would be firing people in bench and over performance issues too.
