Thinking of retiring from my firm a little early and doing something else for a few years before really retiring. The money is great but I’m finding the work less fulfilling. New EY Partner 🐠, can you confirm the retirement plan contributions by EY? I’ve heard $35k to 401k and 85k to pension annually with 5 year vest. Is that accurate? Trying to compare to ACN RSU + VEIP.

Reached the age where I am vested in pension plan but five years away from mandatory retirement. Money is great, but pressure to meet goals is grinding me down.
