All below are total pre tax income excluding yearly capital pump in ....
McK, Bain & AtK Partner Comp Ranges from 2 crore
BCG/Tier 2 Strategy Partner ranges from 1.5 crore
Big 4 Partner make 1 crore + for a 4 crore Revenue. Majority of them make 3 crore for bringing in 9 crore plus revenue. Senior partners make 10 crore + for 40 crore portfolio. Lead and Managing Partners contributes for 60-100 crore portfolios. Usually 30% goes towards team salary and rest gets 50:50 between the Partner and the firm. Partner pays his capital contribution out of his 50% profit share.
Accenture MDs and other Consulting for firm VPs make 1 crore gross and they are non equity partners and they don’t grow individually the way MBB and Big 4 patterns grow and make money.
I knew someone in that role McK who was doing it on contract basis. 1 cr for 2 days a week.

Partners make ~1 crore base and bonus depends on however much business they bring. You could make 5 crore, 10 crore even depending on how much you sell
1 crore vase sounds very low.. I know ATK principals making close to it
ACN MD start in India is 90 lakhs base - CTC works out to 1.4 or so

ACN is a public company. The former partners are now called MDs. From what I know, overall compensation is in line with BIg4 partner compensation, but generally lower than MBB/ strat firms.
A lot of bad information in this thread. McK does NOT como based on “sales”. Even saying sales is a bad word. We don’t sell — we help our clients. And at the senior partner level comp is unified across the globe regardless of location — one firm.
Sorry typo. Who does not help clients ? Does client come to with a sold contract and just ask you to help ? Reality is when we GTM we meet several other competitors from MBB and Big 4 - that’s where we need to sell to bring Revenue and grow from an org perspective. MBB & Big 4 Partners are responsible to maintain CXO relationships and build book of work Y-Y basis - that’s how the firms also grow - it does not happen just because we help clients ...

Bonuses are another 10-20% of base
I believe ACN MD and other Services Consulting firm VPs are MD/ED in Big4 and Principal in MBB equivalent - but not true partners... Meaning they get strong base but minimal bonus. - & They DO NOT invest in Capital and they are Non Equity Partners...
SM1 - who does help client ? MBB, Big 4 all help clients. MBB may be little different but Big4 operates based on Revenue. It’s true that Big4 get additional income from global partnership entities as well apart from their India based business.
