How much do you make as an SDR/BDR?

I recently started a new job in ID coming from a practice area where I didn’t really have to worry about billables. It worked out for me because I’m a pretty fast learner/worker and got more stuff done. Like today, I had to draft law and motion and I finished it in an hour and a half. (will need revision, ofc) but when my supervising partner was looking at my billable hours, he said it was impossible that I finished it in that time. I foresee this happening often in the future. Any tips?

What did your transition from AE to editor look like?

5 months ago I joined an advertising post house as a full-time AE. Through the support of a lead editor at the company I found my way into making cuts for the company’s most prestigious client. At this point, I’ve been the sole editor of one global campaign and a co-editor of another, in addition to cutting many social media videos. It’s only 5 months but I can’t help feel that my title doesn’t reflect the work I actually do.

I140 approved with previous employer. Changed the job and new employer will be starting the process to port the greencard application. Whats the process and time-line? Original i140 priority date in feb/2017 with EB2. Better to stay with EB2 or convert to EB3?

I worked in HR for 11 years, with my most recent role being HR Manager for a small company (12-60 employees). I shifted careers to Personal Training in December 2020 due to instability at the small company and my passion for health and wellness.

Now I am now looking to get back into an HR role, preferably in a Benefits Analyst or a Generalist role. What advice do you have for approaching companies? Do they see things like certifications and SHRM membership as advantages?

Guidance needed: I am a mother to a 10month old. Before going on ML, I was staffed on a project which was a stretch role and successfully delivered the project in spite of politics within teams and fellow team leads shrugging their responsibility. The leadership on the project was supportive and told me I was performing at high standards at check-in. At YE I received ratings which were not in sync. I am disappointed at the lack of transparency and feeling jaded about pushing myself at work
