Spoke to hiring manager yesterday and was moved on in the process. Less than 24 hours later I receive a note that:

“pausing search for the role for the foreseeable future role due to shift in priorities”

This feels like a lie....thoughts?

I’m too early in my career to be coasting in a job with limited development. And I’m not even making above 70k. Benefits are great but I’m reaching a point where I realize I have to leave the position (and company) to really grow. I don’t like this. Should I just start taking certifications and stuff?

Almost positive my primary AE hates me (am a new SE).
Sales is a new space for me. I’m coming from a technical dev environment and due to lack of staffing, I’ve been assigned accounts WAY earlier than normal (typically done after months 7-9+ but I was given accounts and AES in month 2.
Im trying my best but am really struggling with feeling like a failure. The AE comes across as a bit pretentious and makes it clear that he feels like he should have someone fully ramped up. What do I do?

Is there a system in place to give upwards feedback? It's definitely something we need.

I am going through therapy In my recent therapy session, my therapist started crying while I was talking ( I was not crying at the time)

Is this normal?

I got 2 offers one from HCL and another from LTIMindtree. I want to join HCL but they are yet to release offer letter but has given confirmation over mail.

For LTIMindtree I have received the offer letter and yet to accept the same, but they are soon staring background verification for onboarding as soon as I accept the offer letter.

In this case what to do pls suggest.
