I appeared for an interview with TCS. Then I got a mail saying i am selected and asked me to upload documents in Ibegin portal. But my salary negotiation did not take place yet!
Ibegin status shows Candidate Registered and docs are in verified status.
Anybody had similar experience?? Will Tcs release offer letter in this scenario?

Is it too late to negotiate a title change once you have been working at a company a few months? I started at a company and didn’t realize in the interview process that I would be the only one in the department with substantive experience. I think I deserve the “senior” title but not sure if it’s too late now to ask.
