I gave Accenture interview in December and I was rejected in first round.. I re-applied to role with different mail and phone number after a month in Jan end. This time I cleared all rounds and they were about to initiate the offer letter. They found that I attended interview before this. They said they will archive that old interview details and release the offer. It's been 10days. I didn't get any update .. should I consider this as they rejected my offer ?? Plz tell your valuable answers

I’ve been a mid-level manager (Sr Operations Manager) for the last three years. Been in my industry for 10 years. I feel I have plateaued in my career path. I’m trying to promote to a Director of Operations role in house and looking at outside opportunities as well. I feel like it’s taken longer to obtain this position than my previous roles. Common feedback : You're very strong in Js but seems like you're not day to day coding in React (which is absolutely true).
In current org work pressure is quite much, tough to practice seperately. (Theoretical knowledge of react is good, but need practical knowledge)
