I am having 6.5 years of experience, had two rounds of interview at Cognizant for Performance test engineer. 1st round technical, 2nd round was managerial. As per my expectation both rounds went well. What I can expect next? Will it be a HR round and in how many days I can expect the offer ? The company I work for in finding out more and more that is very much a ‘boys club’. There are no women managers and recently I found out that a guy that has worked there less time than I have, has less a lesser degree than I have and is in a lower position than I am is making more money than I am. I got 3.71 overall IPF for my Final Aniversary Scheduled for 1st March. I got DCA cleared and my DOJ is 18th March 2021.

Since DCA incentives will discontinue with less than B band.

I'm not even sure that I'm getting band this year or not as I didn't initiated Project End Anniversary. Tried to check with Lead/Manager/HR/TD. Everyone has different views.

Hello all, Currently I am working for Accenture and got offer from TCS (am yet to accept or decline). The dilemma here is I got promoted (effective from Jun-1) in Accenture and I am yet to receive my revised statement.

My questions are,
1. Will TCS hr accept if I demand revised package?

Hi.... TCS ibegin showing "BGC Scheduled" for last 2 months. around a month back i had got call from a 3rd party for address verification etc and it was done successfully.
However, I am not sure why BGC is still in "Scheduled" status.
I am in last month of my notice period.
No response from onboarding HRs.
Seeing posts where TCS is failing to onboard resources due to BGC is concerning considering we are moving to new city.
Any suggestions? Is it normal? What could be done?
