I am filling the onboarding form for my next company IBM where they have asked 2 questions:
1)Were you earlier a member of Employee's provident fund scheme, 1952?
2) Were you earlier a member of Employee's pension scheme, 1995?

All I know is PF and EPS amounts were deducted from my salary in my previous company but how to know if I am a member of these two mentioned schemes?

Advice needed: I started with a small company ~6 months ago and one of the big selling points for me to take the job was to get my clearance back. I previously had a TS but left the public sector for ~a year which made it inactive. I was told by the recruiter several times that they would put me in to have my TS reinstated but if it couldn’t be, Secret at minimum. Fast forward 6mo and I received a clearance lower than Secret due to the nature of work. (Cont in comments)

I have an Offer from TCS with 60% hike on my Current CTC & I still have 10 days for the Joining date but now I got another offer confirmed and expecting offer letter in 2days.The new offer value is 80% hike on my Current CTC & I don't wanna join that Organisation which is Tier 3 MNC when Compared to TCS it's a way below, wanna join TCS. But before that Can I ask TCS HR to revise my offer by sharing the New offer which I have received from other org. Will TCS Match?

So I am currently on my notice period and had one question regarding returning the asset in person at the office, so the thing is since I joined TCS during covid I haven't been to the office even once and don't have the ID card as well, so on the day of returning the asset how will I get entrance into the office, also the office where I have to return the asset is different from my base location ? A person who i know him got an offer letter from TCS they even scheduled for onboarding for last mondays then suddenly on Sunday evening they sent a mail stating that onboarding has postponed will update later after getting approval. What is this will some one sends offer letter without any approval. What is his position now can he wait or is it better to go for other options.
