I’ll go first:

I am always on time (live and via zoom/teams) and if I am going to be late due to unforeseen events or a scheduling conflict, I communicate that with multiple people - I ask my EA to reply all to the invite with the info or do it myself if needed, I sometimes text key people, etc. Takes just a second but protects my brand.

Do I pay both long term and short term in this case? Long term on the profits of the old currency that got converted, and then short-term on the profits for the new currency?

For big 4 M and above. Reached out to independence compliance desk about reporting cryptos exchange accounts and here is exact language for response: "as of now bjtcoins or other cryptocurrencies are not reportable l. Bitcoin wallets will be reportable in the future but that is also not in effect yet. We have not received information on when these changes will be taking place. For the short term, you do not need to worry about reporting them."

Has anyone had challenges with tracing crypto wallet transfers? According to the sending wallet, the LTC transaction ID was picked up, but nothing reached the receiving wallet.
Tried waiting over a week and also checking for the transaction ID on LTC/BTC blockchains, but nothing still listed. It’s chump change, but still.
