We are creating a training room (for about 8 learners). We’ll use this for new hire orientation mostly, but the organization has ongoing training needs. I have never had to design a training space before. If you’ve done this, what are TOP things or things you wished you had included (but didn’t think of)?

Almost positive my primary AE hates me (am a new SE).
Sales is a new space for me. I’m coming from a technical dev environment and due to lack of staffing, I’ve been assigned accounts WAY earlier than normal (typically done after months 7-9+ but I was given accounts and AES in month 2.
Im trying my best but am really struggling with feeling like a failure. The AE comes across as a bit pretentious and makes it clear that he feels like he should have someone fully ramped up. What do I do?

Im giving in my resignation tomorrow and 3 weeks up front. Silly question but when should I speak with my manager, at the beginning of the day or at the end? Lol

I’m highly interested in taking the PHR, and I’m wondering if I would qualify for the 4 year HR professional job requirement to be eligible to test for the certificate. New to crypto taxes, been holding for a several years now and trying to understand the mechanics better. I will pay long term if I sell anything right now, but what happens if I convert some amount to a different currency and then sell that new currency a few months later. Do I pay both long term and short term in this case? Long term on the profits of the old currency that got converted, and then short-term on the profits for the new currency?

I have been with my company for almost 8 years. I wasn’t certified when I started but I have been now for about a year. It wasn’t required before. I learned that my coworker who has been with us less than a year and had no prior experience in healthcare makes very close to the same amount I do. My boss says our rates are based on our experience which is clearly not true. One of our none clinical members who left was making the same as me. Does this seem right to you guys?

So disheartened. 😞 I got 3 reading passages back to back since the beginning of the verbal section so that may have freaked me out a little but still it's a big drop. I have 1 more month to the exam.
