two years of experience & start PT MBA in the fall (top 15/$125k)
-Private software w/ 1600+ employees
-$105k base; 15% bonus; $54k equity vest 4 yrs (is this good with them not at IPO yet)
-Senior Financial Analyst title bump
-$500 stipend & $100/m for full remote setup
-Pet insurance, life, dental, & medical all 100% covered
-3% match
-Flexible PTO
-FPA: managers like to be off by 6pm
-12 holidays

Said this is best & final offer? Should I negotiate? If so, what?

Edward Jones advisor with 30 million AUM and roughly 250k gross production. Been there for almost 4 years. Got an offer at Merrill Lynch to take over a 100 million dollar retirement transition plan in 5 years, or to join a 5 person Merrill Lynch team that manages a lot.

Pros to EJ: Have my own office, a year or two away from partnership, great office setting and client satisfaction.

Pros to Merrill: Bump in compensation, additional tools and services w banking, ability to take over assets.

I’m up for promo to SM this year so would have to be a good offer to consider the move. What would be a reasonable total comp expectation?

I have an LLC where I hold a rental property. First time doing taxes, etc. Any recommendations on sources I can look at to file taxes (thinking of doing it myself because at the outset it appears relatively simple)? The company was only recently formed (hence why I want to do the taxes myself) so I need to appropriately account for losses (mainly) for the rental and drop in all of the relevant start up expenses. So I am currently on my notice period and had one question regarding returning the asset in person at the office, so the thing is since I joined TCS during covid I haven't been to the office even once and don't have the ID card as well, so on the day of returning the asset how will I get entrance into the office, also the office where I have to return the asset is different from my base location ?
