Here is a philosophical question related to vaccine mandates and how the principle can be carried to other debates:
Should it be illegal to have unprotected sex? We would all be a lot safer if everyone stopped doing that. According to the (US) medical community (not the rest of world) circumcision reduces transmission of STDs. Should circumcision be mandatory? Are there any other mandates you can suggest that could make us safer?
