5 month ago I joined Ceridian IT as remote. Due to nature of work, I have very little to no involvement with other parts of my team. I like what I do, pay is ok, manager is not so involved. That’s pretty much my life rn. With all the news about recession and what not, what do you think about Ceridian’s future?
I found a few including Dropbox, Uber, Shopify hiring for the similar role that I’m in. Should I consider those or where would you place Ceridian among these companies?

I am in discussions with a firm about creating a business development role and they are asking me my salary requirements. I currently do BD/marketing but am curious if my current salary is on par, low or high. What is your salary and what is your level (director, manager, etc), industry and region? Thanks!

What is the base pay scale range for Product Manager in Product based company vs Service companies

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I feel like I am being punished for being broken. I have PCOS and my husband has non-ideal semen results, so we need to do an IUI. But my RE is making me jump through so many genetic testing hoops. She refuses to do an IUI without first seeing a genetic counselor, getting tested, and then seeing a genetic counselor again. This is all going to take 2+ months on top of then starting the IUI path. My OBGYN never recommended this before TTC. Just frustrating.
