Anyone switch companies while pregnant/trying to become pregnant and still able to take maternity? I have been waiting months for a DOD job to open up and was about to apply. Then I learned that in order to have paid leave (and any job protection), I’d have to work with the DOD a year first before going on leave. Add 6-9 months for background checks to the process and any hope of that job went right out the door for me as I’m currently in the process of doing IVF.

I have an Offer from TCS with 60% hike on my Current CTC & I still have 10 days for the Joining date but now I got another offer confirmed and expecting offer letter in 2days.The new offer value is 80% hike on my Current CTC & I don't wanna join that Organisation which is Tier 3 MNC when Compared to TCS it's a way below, wanna join TCS. But before that Can I ask TCS HR to revise my offer by sharing the New offer which I have received from other org. Will TCS Match?
