I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later

Cognizant kept my offer on hold just because I have not collected my degree certificate from my collage. I have the provisional certificate and I need some time to collect the degree certificate from my collage. But they are not listening. Passout year - 2018 , due to covid I could not go to my collage. I found out night before last that my middle through high school sweetheart passed away in a freak accident. We have not spoken in 20 years but I remained in touch with his family and best friend. He said keeping in touch hurt too much. I'm happily married with a 2 beautiful kids. But I'm on an island of grief. I'm feeling so emotional and memories are flooding back. He lived with my family too when his mom lost her home. I feel so guilty grieving because I feel like I don't deserve too.
