Need help with deciding between two offers. Recently accepted an offer at another consulting firm only to have my current employer counter at the last minute. Here are the offers:
NEW COMPANY (Global Consulting firm):
-$115K base
-10% annual bonus
-401K match (4%)
-Senior Consultant (security strategy)
-10 weeks paid paternal leave
- considerably cheaper healthcare
- all the resources associated with larger consulting firms (training, mentorship, perks, etc)

Have a bit of a situation. I’m in the option period of a house purchase. From my inspection report turns out there are foundation issues that are quoted to be about 9k to repair. The seller apparently knew about the issue for over a decade and refuses to repair claiming that the foundation has now “settled” and “hasn’t moved in years” which is why the repair isn’t necessary. Given that they failed to disclose this can I recoup my option money and inspection fees?

Hi, I work as an AE with a 34k base salary and uncapped commissions. I work on inbound and outbound leads, prospecting, booking meetings, closing deals and I also make the onboardings and upselling. I feel like in most companies, the sales teams are separated as there are inbound teams, outbound teams, sdr team, onboarding teams but in my company, there is only a sales team and we do everything. What do you think of this ?
