Referrals for a project manager role or campaign specialist/manager? Currently a marketing coordinator, taking a project management course via Google coursera

Hi all,
I am new to fishbowl and I'm in search for a new opportunity. I'm a full time Project Coordinator in the construction industry and a part time Junior IT Project Manager in a Tech company (internship).
I am looking for a remote Project Manager or Scrum Master position in the IT industry that pays $90k+ to replace both of my current roles as I'm passionate about the Tech industry.
I have a Bachelors in Business, Google Analytics and Professional Scrum Master Certification.

I just got an offer for a hybrid Product Owner / Scrum Master / Project manager role for a SWD company.

Wonder what I should counter. I have five direct YOE and two indirect.

Base: $145k
Bonus: +10%

It feels a bit low but it’s also more than I make now.

I’m in talks with management about being a candidate for a new position, Project Manager. This would be a promotion for me; however, a member of my team indicated the company may not want to increase compensation for this role even though I would have more responsibilities. It was even stated that “They may even want to fire people who asked for more money.” I am staggered. Do you advice for me? Should I look elsewhere? Any referrals? The project manager and recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and suggested to apply for a opening position as they thought I was fit for this position, filled up all the application and later the same recruiter reached out saying they are moving forward with other candidates 🤦‍♂️ why waste people’s time?

Interviewing for a PWC Capital Project manager position. Any ideas of what to expect from the interview and any thoughts of what to ask for in salary?

I have been given senior 3 role (she told it's assistant project manager)in EY gds. evn after having 12 years experience HR told manager they can't give and told in an year I can get promoted if my performance is good.
