Got an offer from ServiceTitan for an senior analyst role $155k + $40k equity over 4 yrs. It’s $50k+ more than what I currently make but I’m a bit nervous about being with a tech startup in the current climate…any thoughts? I feel like I could always take it now and still look around..the idea of the kind of money right now is so enticing.

Would love to hear anyones thoughts on this…recent MBA graduate in quant finance. I’ve got two job offers. One from a regional boutique investment bank as a senior analyst and one from PwC DDV senior associate. The IB job off is less than half what PwC is offering me. I wanted to know if taking such a low paying IB job is better for the future than taking PwC DDV offer? Any exit ops for PwC DDV? 1) Sr. Associate- Ameriprise Financial (9.6fixed + 20% variable- Business Data & Service Analyst)

2) PWC - Sr. Business Data Analyst ( 9.2 fixed + 10% variable- Domain TMT)

3) Retention Package from current company- (8.7 Fixed + 30% variable - Senior Analyst)

3rd option is already neglected from my side.

How bad is it to exit as an analyst/senior analyst? The advice here I’ve seen is to wait until Consultant level but I keep getting recruiter calls from LinkedIn. However my experience isn’t that impressive so I think they’re kinda suss companies

Analyst at Deloitte soon to be consultant and interviewing at Accenture. They have me interviewing for the Senior Analyst role. Is this typical at Accenture? I’m a little frustrated because it seems like I’d be taking a step back and am not sure why they chose that role for me to interview for instead of a consultant role.
