I have a great opportunity to rename a team that I recently became the manager of. The team agrees a new name is needed, but haven't found one that is fitting.
My team's mission is to build wide-ranging solutions for our general customer base to minimise their need for additional support when using our product.
All of us are software developers who don't want to do product engineering. What are some possible titles to capture the work in this role?

I know my client needs an Accounting Manager. I know this because they’re startup med device company that has their books in complete shambles. The current accounting team isn’t very strong. Hey guys need help evaluating two offers: offer A: technical product manager, TC 110k. Offer B: product analyst, TC 140k. Offer A offers better work exp and I want to do PM work, offer B pays more and has the potential to internal transfer to a PM role within a year, but it’s obviously not guaranteed. I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.

If you want to retire early, what is the benefit in maxing your 401k yearly? I am currently just hitting my company match % so I’m not leaving money on the table. Otherwise, liquid assets in a brokerage account makes more sense to me because it can grow and is accessible. Am I missing something?

Have worked in both banking and consulting, but still looking for a combination of things:
1. Something that’s less quantitative / producing and checking numbers constantly
2. Managerial and people-focused - not just an IC role
3. Ideally remote with some kind of international flavor

Partners, how does it work when a SM like myself supports MDs and their BD teams write killer proposals (I'm a SME in a specific tech) and we win major work (last 4 months alone, I've contributed to $20M in sales). Prior to me joining we lost a lot projects in this tech because we didn't have someone like me to contribute and sure the proposals were technically sound. Anyway, do I get a bonus? A raise? Nothing?
