Do you also think now that most of the companies have figured a way out on the issue of candidates holding multiple offers and trying to renegotiate until last moment?

Now they are not releasing the offer letters until your last working day, which is not giving you any scope for renegotiation.

I live in a more conservative city. Does anyone feel like how you perform at work is a reflection of the gay community to your peers?
