$1.5M client and new “profitability tool” showing %0 profit. Credit split 50/50 btw 20 year attorney/equity partner (JEP) and a much more senior/connected EP (SEP). Both SEP and JEP developed separate workstreams unrelated to the other. SEP‘s was terminated 3 years ago and only accounts for $200K trail off of the $1.5M. SEP’s salary is 3 times JEP’s. Profitability tool “costs” are not transparent, suspect SEP’s high salary is a factor. Anything (other than typical overhead) to ask about?

So I am currently on my notice period and had one question regarding returning the asset in person at the office, so the thing is since I joined TCS during covid I haven't been to the office even once and don't have the ID card as well, so on the day of returning the asset how will I get entrance into the office, also the office where I have to return the asset is different from my base location ? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
