I'm currently a Senior Associate finishing up my MBA and I'm interviewing for a role in Corporate Strategy. I would like to discuss the salary range for this role with the recruiter. Is this recommended? What salary range should I be expecting as an internal hire? My target is 150k base for this role.

Talked to a recruiter about a Senior Portfolio Development Manager role at M12 (Microsoft’s VC). Base is 160-180k + 15% bonus + stock grant (idk how much this is). Hi All, I am new here. I thought of sharing the post to seek guidance from my experienced fish communities. I have in total 9.10 YOE in Investment banking and financial services. I have switched 3 companies so far in my professional career - Societe Generale (2012-2013), Accenture (2013-2019), and London Stock Exchange Group (2019-Present). Even after switching to 3 different companies, my current package is 15 LPA (Fixed). If I look at my peers, I am underpaid. Thanks to guide me.

I’m taking the SPHR in less than 2 months and haven’t started studying for it. How difficult is it? I’ve been in HR for 20 years and have experienced ALOT in that time, although there are always employee relations scenarios that surprise me! How much do I really need to study for this? I am currently a construction manager for the Navy managing construction contracts and overseeing our contractors as the COR.
