I have a recruiter asking me how much I would be aiming for salary wise in a new Senior Copywriter role (not in a big city) what seems reasonable?

$1.5M client and new “profitability tool” showing %0 profit. Credit split 50/50 btw 20 year attorney/equity partner (JEP) and a much more senior/connected EP (SEP). Both SEP and JEP developed separate workstreams unrelated to the other. SEP‘s was terminated 3 years ago and only accounts for $200K trail off of the $1.5M. SEP’s salary is 3 times JEP’s. Profitability tool “costs” are not transparent, suspect SEP’s high salary is a factor. Anything (other than typical overhead) to ask about?
