Anyone familiar with the Pittsburgh agency scene from a creative perspective?

I’m considering a move back there to be closer to family. My whole career has been in NYC though (3 years), starting with Miami Ad School. I’ve already won at the One Show, and have a lot of awards from back in my student days, so my creative standards are pretty high I guess.
