This fucking sucks.
I came to another country for a job and now every agency is on freeze, laying people off, or closed doors until this blows over.
I miss my girlfriend and I can't even leave.

Myself and a few people in the team are having a huge slump right now. We are in a SAAS company and we’re only managing around 50-60% of our target but our activity is higher than ever. We do a lot of calls per day & the strategy focuses on hyper personalised emails for prospects & complimentary auto cadences too - anyone experience this & have tips for how we can refresh our process to get back top performance?

Pretty sad how low value auditor time is… our utilization goals are in the mid 90s while tax and advisory are in the low 60s… so auditors work 50% (90-60 / 60) more hours for less pay. Crazy!

I have been at the current hospital I work at in administration for about 11 years now. I am treated great, love the people and love the hours. They allow me to really create my own schedule based on my needs and have taken great care of me over the past 11 years. The only problem is that our CEO has stated that we will never be a company that gives yearly raises, merit based or cost of living. I am going through therapy In my recent therapy session, my therapist started crying while I was talking ( I was not crying at the time)

Is this normal?

FYI - I really like my therapist and I believe I have made a lot of progress through my therapy sessions.
