Picking out of two offers one with TCS working directly for client which is Google and other with Grant Thornton which is a the top 10 accounting firm which would also put me in the gov sector. Background is within Data Analytics if anyone could share some insight or their personal opinion or which one they would pick that would be great ? Both offering similar compensation.

I have left LTI 3 months back .. started career there as trainee and served 7 Years.

The switch was due to less salary...However after 3 months I got call from recruiter ( from Naukri) asking I am interested to appear for LTI interview with higher package.

Is it good to join same company again after 3 months..I have many good connections there and there are high chances i may crack it easily..
