What is level L6 at Amazon equivalent to in terms of the Big4 levels. Is it a Snr Manager or Director?

Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. Never heard back and it’s been several weeks yet keep getting texts from the schedule if office to see patients. Is this typical for home health or a red flag? I have only worked in SNF and acute so I am new to HH plus this company specializes in lymphedema therapy. I am a CLT but want just a little but of training.

Does anyone else feel cold indoors often, even on days like today when it’s not cold out? I‘ll get cold to the point of shivering and end up cranking up the heat. I don’t know if it’s stress, poor sleep, lack of exercise, or something else. I got a physical very recently, and no issues with anemia, thyroid, etc. Any solutions?

Current CTC: 5.75 fixed + 10% Variable
Offer: 7.5 fixed + 21% Variable.
Is it a wise decision to switch from Deloitte to Accenture at this level.

I feel so stupid my investment portfolio only went up 10% during the pandemic due to some options bets, is true most people 10x’d their money?

Apparently “people have other interest than work” and “people are different and come from diff backgrounds” are foreign concepts to my partner. Tried to explain to them nicely but they wouldn’t get it. Everything seems like “common sense” to them and expects you to be on the same page all the time 🙄.
