Anyone in hcl what is the Maximum HCl can pay to 4.5 years experience

Joined as staff 2 in Forensics in March. Was on a small project for 2 weeks before COVID happened. Was on the bench for few weeks (asked around but market was slow) because the next project got pushed back due to remote work. Last feedback cycle ended with only 1 feedback for that small project. Now full-time on this new project and helping out with COVID-related work, but still very worried about my promotion to senior in October.

Has anyone faced this that Capgemini HR expect you to respond fast till they collect documents. After that they stop responding. This is frustrating and funny as in why to waste everyone’s time

In a small company (no longer at DentaQuest) with a 2 person Accounting team and closing the books every month is a nightmare, especially since everything is constantly changing and there is no set processes that cover much. I am getting tired every day and starting to really hate the job. Any advice to stay on top of things and feel better?

Pretty sad how low value auditor time is… our utilization goals are in the mid 90s while tax and advisory are in the low 60s… so auditors work 50% (90-60 / 60) more hours for less pay. Crazy!
